Adding Fusion to Kodi is the first step to installing other addons developed by the TVAddons community who offers a great selection of legal addons and useful tools like Git Browser and Indigo. Fusion Installer is TVAddons’ source directory and it hosts installation files for all its addons. In this tutorial we’re going to install Fusion on Kodi.
Allowing 3rd party addons
If this is your first time installing addons on Kodi you’ll have to allow the use of unofficial sources. If you already did it please skip to the next section.
Enabling Unknown Sources will allow installation of 3rd party addons that are not available in the official Kodi repository. We also recommend enabling Show notifications since most addons use them to display important information.

- Choose Package Installer which is available on the Top left of the screen.
- Proceed with Install from Zip file option now.
- Kindly Navigate to the Ares Repo that we have downloaded in the first step. The repo usually found in Downloads Folder. You can also download the Ares zip file using ares repo URL. The Ares Repo URL is http://ares-repo.eu.
- Wait for Addon Enabled Notification of Ares Project Repo.

This method is quite long compared to the earlier method and hence we have explained this method as an alternate one for the above method. This method is useful for installing this addon on Kodi Krypton and as well as Kodi Jarvis 16.1.
- Open Kodi Player.
- Choose Settings.
- Select the File Manager tile.
- Choose Add source.
- Add file source pop up will appear now. Select None from that.
- Enter the file Path as “http://ares-repo.eu“. Click OK.
- Enter the Media name as Ares Repo. Click OK.
- Finally, Click OK.
- Go to Install from Zip file option now.
- There you will find the Ares Repo file that we have created now. Select now.
- Download the Latest Version Ares repo from that.
- Kindly wait for Addon enabled notification of Ares repo.
